Refer a Child

We welcome referrals from various sources, including:

Those aged 16yrs can also refer themselves to us.

Once a referral is received, we will contact the individual to find out further details regarding the circumstances around the death. After the referral is completed we will then arrange an assessment meeting so we can find out the best way to help.
